759. Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the annual number of incidents of public order and of anti-social behaviour in each Garda district in each of the last five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4334/26]

The Central Statistics Office (CSO), as the national statistical agency, is responsible for the compilation and publication of all crime statistics.

The CSO produces these statistics using data recorded on An Garda Síochána’s PULSE system and makes regular releases in relation to various crime statistics. The most recent statistics were released on 22 December 2025, providing statistics for Recorded Crime for Quarter 3, 2025.

Recorded crime statistics are published by the CSO for Public Order and related offences at Garda Division level, by quarter, for the Q1 2003 to Q3 2025 period at the following link:

Alternatively, overall recorded crime statistics are published by the CSO by type of offence, including Public Order and related offences, annually for the 2003 to 2024 period at the following link:
