Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the reason his Department transferred a question (details supplied) to the Minister for Housing; Local Government and Heritage for reply given his Department is engaging with the issue under discussion as noted in the response from the Minister for Housing; Local Government and Heritage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
