Deputy Brian Brennan asked the Minister for Health to provide a list of nursing homes receiving patients discharged from hospital to long-term nursing home care in Wicklow and Wexford from 2020 to date; and the number of patients discharged to each nursing home, in tabular format; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
