71. Deputy Eoghan Kenny asked the Minister for Transport the result of the AI camera on the 220 Bus targeting traffic infractions; if it will be done again on other routes in Cork City; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5094/26]
View answerAs Minister for Transport, I have responsibility for policy and overall funding in relation to public transport; however, I am not involved in the day-to-day operations of public transport.
The issue raised by the Deputy is an operational matter for Bus Éireann, in conjunction with the National Transport Authority. Therefore, I have referred the Deputy's question to Bus Éireann for direct response.
