It is a matter for the Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Marine as to how funding is prioritised, allocated and managed within his Department's capital ceiling, for example to schemes such as this i.e. TAMS 3 solar PV.
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine have confirmed that no specific request for additional funding has been submitted to my Department for this scheme. The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine are best placed to answer any further queries in relation to the scheme.
