Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage

The matter raised in the question is a matter for which I in my role as Minister with responsibility for Planning have no statutory function.

Responsibility for energy policy, including microgrids and micro generation, is a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment (MCEE).
