€264 million has been secured from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the period 2021 to 2027. This ERDF funding is drawn down to support additional upgrades under the Warmer Homes Scheme. While the current ERDF funding round covers the years 2021-2027, an agreement was not reached on proceeding with the allocations until 2023. The ERDF funding for the Warmer Homes Scheme was €34.216m in 2023 and €66.638m in 2024. A final figure for 2025 is not yet available but will be included in my Department's 2025 Appropriation Account once published.
