Deputy Gary Gannon asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration to provide the number of enforcement actions taken in respect of breaches of the 3.5 tonne weight restriction on Richmond Road between Drumcondra Road and Gracepark Road in each month from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, including the number of checkpoints conducted, vehicles stopped, fixed charge notices issued and prosecutions initiated; in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
