Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the reason the HSE’s 2026 Service Plan does not make reference to the Teach an Saol project; if her Department is committed to progressing this vital project nearly four years after it was initially proposed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
