Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of adverse events or clinical incidents related to nutrition that have been reported in CDNTs in the past 24-months; the escalation pathways that exist for dietetic-related risks identified in CDNTs; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
