I can confirm that my Department has not held any contracts with the companies referenced within the past two years.
I am informed that The Probation Service commenced a contract for HR Recruitment Services with CPL Resources in 2026.
Further, I am informed that none of the other agencies under the aegis of my Department have held contracts with the companies referenced within the past two years.
