Written answers

I can confirm that the Office of Public Works (OPW) has planned refurbishment works to Greystones Garda Stations, to include Mechanical & Electrical, and Universal Access works.

Following a successful Part 9 planning application process, work has since commenced on preparing the tender documents. It is envisaged that the tender for works will issue in Q3, 2026.

The commencement/completion dates for the scheduled works are subject to the final sign off of operational and design requirements by An Garda Síochána and where necessary, successful tendering process.
