I can confirm that my Department does not have any staff directly responsible for cybersecurity, as distinct from IT, within my Department. Neither is a threat analyst, vulnerability manager or a cyber infrastructure engineer employed in-house or via outsourced work.

My Department has a Memorandum of Understanding in place with the Department of Education & Youth for the provision of IT services.
