Deputy Aidan Farrelly asked the Taoiseach further to Parliamentary Question No. 1152 of 4 February 2026, the costs to date, including start-up cost of Ireland's Covid-19 evaluation; if he will provide incurred costs by heading (details supplied) and the number of staff working on the evaluation. While the COVID-19 Evaluation is funded from the Vote of the Department of the Taoiseach, it operates independently of the Department.

The Secretariat to the COVID-19 Evaluation is staffed by a small team of civil servants seconded from a number of Government Departments at the following grades Principal Officer (1); Assistant Principal Officer (2); Higher Executive Officer (1); Administrative Officer (1); Executive Officer (1); and Clerical Officer (1).
