Written answers

I confirm that my Department continues to receive the full completed reporting templates from each Government Department including the value in euros fields for payments within 15 days and within 16–30 days.

My Department retains this information in spreadsheet format for internal purposes, (a copy of which I have provided for your information). I confirm to the Deputy that my Department remains fully committed to open and transparent reporting. The full underlying data for each Department, including all required fields, continues to be published in the individual Departmental returns, which are publicly accessible on the respective Departments’ websites.

Separately, my Department makes available on its website a consolidated report of prompt payment performance by Government Departments based on the number of invoices paid. The format of this report was agreed at the last meeting of the Prompt Payment Officer Network in November.
