Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of cases involving the seizure of scrambler bikes or quad bikes that resulted in a prosecution file being prepared by An Garda Síochána in each of the past three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
