View answerThe department have engaged again with the Chief State Solicitor’s Office regarding the status of the lease. The CSSO has confirmed that while the lease documentation is prepared, they are currently awaiting additional instruments from [Tailte Éireann]. These documents have been ordered and are expected within the coming weeks. Upon receipt, the CSSO will prioritise forwarding the lease to the patron’s solicitor for immediate execution.
