Question:

1124. Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health the number of cases hospitals are currently dealing with and have had to deal with in the past three years whereby either a staff member or a non-staff member was injured in an incident and a legal action has been triggered as a result, in tabular form.
