Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health the number of improvement notices that have been issued to her Department or the HSE by the Health and Safety Authority linked to incidents in hospitals, whether that is due to specific failings around an incident or about security and safety concerns more generally.
