Deputy Ciarán Ahern asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment to provide a list of the recommendations from the 2011 Review of the EPA that have not been implemented; and to outline in each case the reasons for not progressing that reform, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised that this query was previously answered on 29 September 2020 in response to Parliamentary Question 189.

The response confirmed that no further action on foot of any outstanding recommendations from the 2011 Review was required.
