195. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport his views on tackling the use of recommender algorithms to protect children from harmful content on various online service providers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13112/26]

Recommender systems or algorithms are dealt with from a legislative perspective under the Digital Services Act (DSA), which is the policy responsibility of the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.
