There is no enacted legislation, commencement of which is the responsibility of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, which has not yet been commenced.
There are a number of legislative provisions that empower the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade to make orders or regulations under which the Minister has yet to make an order or regulations, in particular sections 5 and 6 of the Diplomatic Relations and Immunities Act 1967, sections 3 and 10 of the Jurisdiction of Courts (Maritime Conventions) Act 1989, section 6 of the Maintenance Act 1994, section 8 of the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1998, section 3 of the Criminal Justice (Illicit Traffic by Sea) Act 2003, and section 24 of the Arbitration Act 2010.
There are no provisions of primary or secondary legislation which provide for the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade to publish guidelines which have not yet been published.
