Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Questions No. 2610 of 8 September 2025, the reason four safeguarding reports have yet to be acted upon relating to a person (details supplied) who is in need of access to social work and OT; and if her Department will take urgent steps to correct this in light of the seriousness of the concerns raised in the reports and the time this person has been awaiting support.
