View answerMy Department regularly publishes statistics on exemptions granted for the carriage of munitions of war on civil aircraft, refusals are also recorded. These statistics are presented by month, are published on the gov.ie website, and they can be accessed here: www.gov.ie/en/publication/15da60-the-carriage-of-munitions-of-war-on-civil-aircraft/#statistics
The final figures for 2025 are currently being compiled, however I can confirm that there was a single refusal in 2025.
