Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Transport to state, in respect of each major transport infrastructure project commenced in the past five years and requiring environmental impact assessment, the date on which environmental impact assessment scoping formally commenced, the date on which the environmental impact assessment report was finalised for submission to An Coimisiún Pleanála, and the total duration in months between those dates; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
