Deputy Claire Kerrane asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment when a decision will be made on a general employment permit application (details supplied), given four of the five applications submitted together have been approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe General Employment Permit application referenced was received on 20 December 2025.
A decision to grant this application was made on 18 February 2026 and the General Employment Permit application referenced by the Deputy has since issued.
The applicant has been formally notified of the outcome.
