Dáil Éireann Debate, Tuesday - 24 February 2026
708. Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Social Protection to provide a list of all State agencies within his Department that allocate programme and project funding to section 39, section 56 and section 10 organisations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14398/26]
View answerThe statutory bodies operating under the aegis of my Department are the Citizens Information Board, the National Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Authority, the Pensions Authority, the Pensions Council and the Social Welfare Tribunal. I can confirm that none of these bodies allocate programme and project funding to either section 39, section 56 or section 10 organisations.
