The Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015, and specifically Section 15(3), is intended to enforce compliance with national mitigation and adaptation plans, with oversight on implementation generally falling under the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications. As the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade operates within the national adaptation framework and sectoral plans rather than issuing specific operational directions under this section, there are no relevant bodies under my remit or that of my predecessors.
