Section 15(3) of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 enables responsible Ministers to issue direction to relevant bodies requiring them to adopt specified measures which create or promote compliance with the duties set out more widely in Section 15.

To date, there has been no such direction issued by a Minister for Transport under Section 15(3) of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act (2015).
