Deputy George Lawlor asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality if she will ensure that the decision of the Ombudsman in relation to a person (details supplied) is put into effect; to ensure the person is provided with the services as recommended by the Ombudsman; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
