Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether, under the Health Service Executive National Service Plan 2026 approved by her, her Department requires the HSE to collect, retain and report to the Department the number and percentage of clinical status 1 purple and red emergency calls in which the ambulance response time exceeded 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025; if such reporting is not currently mandated, whether she will amend the 2026 or subsequent National Service Plan to require same; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
