Reports concerning Children's Health Ireland are noted and tracked by the relevant units within my Department. Officials in my Department would have an overview of the status of all relevant reports and whether they have been published or not. Decisions relating to the publication or non-publication of reports are usually made by the Commissioner of the review and should be detailed in the terms of reference of each individual review.
