Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any target timelines exist, at Departmental or HSE level, for the disposal of residential properties deemed surplus to requirements; if not, whether she intends to introduce such timelines in light of properties vacant for periods exceeding ten years.
