41. Deputy Grace Boland asked the Minister for Health the criteria that an area must meet in order to have a dedicated D Doc service established; given the population of the Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush, Lusk and surrounding areas, if she plans to establish a D Doc service in this area; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
