Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of additional children in Tusla care within the Cavan and Monaghan Tusla structures as a result of the ongoing structural reform; if plans are in place to ensure that they will each have an allocated professionally qualified social worker; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
