Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health if she will ensure that the Letterkenny University Hospital, model 3 hospital, clinical care plan is published at the earliest opportunity, and the recommendations urgently acted upon.; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
