View answerThe Chief State Solicitor’s Office (CSSO), acting on behalf of the Minister, has confirmed that all additional instruments required from Tailte Éireann have now been received.
I can further confirm that the lease documentation has been finalised and was issued to the legal representatives acting for the patron of Lucan Educate Together National School.
My Department remains in close contact with the CSSO to ensure the finalisation of this process without further delay.
