Deputy Aidan Farrelly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide a schedule of the legal costs incurred by An Coimiúsín Pleanála (ACP) in 2024, 2025 and to-date in 2026; the individuals amount paid out to solicitors and barristers representing ACP; and amounts paid to solicitors and barristers representing third parties in 2024, 2025 and to-date in 2026, in tabular form. Deputy Aidan Farrelly asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the amount paid out by An Coimiúsín Pleanála (ACP) in legal costs to named solicitors and barristers concerning High Court judicial review cases ACP conceded in 2024, 2025 and to-date in 2026; and the name of the plaintiffs in each case and date ACP conceded the cases, in tabular form. I propose to take Questions Nos. 316 and 317 together.

An Coimisiún Pleanála (the Commission) is the national independent statutory body with responsibility for the determination of planning appeals and direct applications for strategic infrastructure and other developments under Planning and Development Act 2024, as amended, and certain other Acts.

The information requested by the Deputy is not held by my Department.
