365. Deputy Mark Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration if he will address an issue with an IRP which is impacting a person’s ability to avail of housing (details supplied). [23189/26]

I can inform the Deputy that officials in my Department will contact the person concerned directly regarding the matters raised.

As an Oireachtas member, the Deputy can also request the status of individual immigration cases by e-mail, using the Oireachtas Mail facility at: [e-mail], which has been specifically established for this purpose. This service enables up to date information on such cases to be obtained without the need to seek information by way of the Parliamentary Question process.
