400. Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of adults with an intellectual disability currently living with family carers who have no approved future residential or care plan in place; the number of such persons aged over 25 years with high or profound support needs awaiting appropriate placements; the steps being taken to ensure continuity of care where a primary family carer becomes incapacitated or dies; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
