As Minister of State with responsibility for International and Road Transport, Logistics, Rail and Ports, I wish to inform the Deputy that the table below sets out the number of penalty points issued in 2025, broken down by offence type and month. The figures are based on counts of distinct drivers. It should be noted that a driver may appear more than once in the table, for example where they have committed more than one offence or received offences in multiple months.
