644. Deputy Micheál Carrigy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of the agri-climate rural environment scheme (ACRES) payments for a farm partnership (details supplied); the reason for the continued delay in issuing the full 2024 scheme year payment and the 2025 payment to date; if he will address the technical issue where the ACRES application is not visible on the partnership's Agfood portal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

My Department is actively working to resolve an issue which prevented the applicants’ herd from progressing through the validation checks for payment in respect of scheme year 2024. I can confirm that the 2024 payment and the full 2025 payment will issue in the coming weeks.

In relation to the visibility of the new registered farm partnership number on the Agfood portal, I can confirm that this issue is not related to progressing the payment but is also being investigated.
