In the period 2022 - 2025 3 contracts were awarded for PPP infrastructure projects, the Higher Education Bundle 1 contract was awarded on 20 December 2022, the Community Nursing Unit Bundle was awarded on 7 December 2022, and the Higher Education Bundle 2 contract was awarded on 26 June 2025.

The full nominal cost to the Exchequer of unitary payments for the Higher Education 1 bundle will be €688 million out to 2050, as detailed on the Financial Commitment spreadsheet published at www.gov.ie/en/public-private-partnership/publications/projects/ , the Community Nursing Unit unitary payments will amount to €689 million out to 2040. The Higher Education Bundle 2 project is currently in construction and I do not have details of future costs for this project.
