Deputy Ciarán Ahern asked the Minister for Health to provide an assessment of the clinical, operational and public benefits expected from the Community Care Record Programme, including measurable impacts on patient outcomes, care coordination and service efficiency within the timeframe preceding the one health record; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
