1250. Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú asked the Minister for Health if the HSE recognises that the "competency" for provision of healthcare, lies with the treating member State (details supplied) under the EU Cross-Border Healthcare Directive; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [30652/26]
