Deputy Paul Lawless asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality to provide an update on the submission of Disability Supports Application Management Tool (DSMAT) forms by disability service providers in County Mayo; the extent to which providers are meeting DSMAT submission requirements; to identify any providers with outstanding or overdue submissions; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
