Following on from the commencement of the Critical Entity Resilience Regulations, my Department over saw the updating of the National Risk Assessment for Ireland (NRA). The NRA Working Group assessed the essential services set out in the Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2450 which are relevant to the Irish context. Additionally, the key risks that critical entities must consider when conducting risk assessments and developing resilience plans in accordance with the Regulations were identified.
