Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE applies any procedure-specific clinical criteria, risk thresholds, or suitability assessments for gender-related surgical procedures funded under the Treatment Abroad Scheme, beyond the general eligibility criteria outlined.
