142. Deputy Cathal Crowe asked the Minister for Transport if he will intervene on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Clare who has been trying to obtain a logbook for a moped for a number of years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32161/26]
View answerAs Minister of State for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail & Ports, I wish to advise that the registration number provided is not registered on the National Driver Vehicle File database. We would require further information from the vehicle owner in order to investigate further. If Deputy Crowe wishes to make contact with his constituent and provide contact details, my Department will be happy to discuss the details with the vehicle owner.
