My department has in place formal channels for submitting reports of wrongdoing under the Protected Disclosures Act, 2014. When such reports are received, they are managed in accordance with the Act and the department's protected disclosure policy and procedures.

I can confirm that no report of wrongdoing, as described by the Act, submitted to and received by my department have gone missing or been compromised.

The information in respect of state bodies under the aegis, within the scope of the Deputy’s question, is not held by my department. These state bodies have been provided with the question and have been advised to respond directly to the Deputy.
